Now go get the crossloop software for free then request a service call and we set a time and if there is billing involved you come back here and pay with the blue Google Checkout button as directed and I visit your PC remotely to fix it. Of course some issues will still require a house call. And other rates would apply but your bottom line is $20.00 for a remote fix and you don't even need to wait for me to drive over. Crossloop will get by your home router and give you a secure tunnel for me to help you out, Its EASY even your mom could do it!
